“Mommy, Daddy, how does that work?” Build your child’s understanding of the everyday world around him/her. This one-day camp introduces 2nd through 5th graders to basic engineering principles through fun, hands-on activities.

6th, 7th and 8th grade “future engineers” will have a blast learning what engineering is all about. This exciting, week-long experience will build teamwork skills and electrify interest in engineering as a possible career. Hands-on activities engage students in mechanical, electrical, marine and civil engineering concepts, experiments and demonstrations. A bridge design contest and graduation ceremony on Friday will culminate this experience.
